With over 27 years of Real Estate experience and millions of dollars in sales volume, she feels personally responsible for bringing her clients transactions to a successful completion. She provides the same level of service and attention to the building of an affordable family home, a million-dollar custom estate or assisting the experienced investor. Betty’s professional real estate background, coupled with her interest in architecture and interior design, provided the opportunity for the next phase in her career, Real Estate Development. Betty is the Broker and Owner of Realty Associates of Santa Rosa, Inc. and also the Award Winning Developer of Elite Waterfront Communities La Fontaine and Costa Verde, as well as her newest community, Fountainview. These developments are well known for their dramatic entrances and for using approved Award Winning Builders with innovative interior and exterior designs.Her professional designations include membership in the Navarre Beach Board of Realtors. She was honored to have served as the 1996 President of the Navarre Beach Board of Realtors, and the 1998 Treasurer of the Navarre Beach Board of Realtors. She is the local chairman of the Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC), and has achieved membership in the Florida Honor Society of Realtors and Navarre’s 1993 Realtor of the Year. Betty has taken an active leadership role in the community as a member of the Navarre Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club, Beta Sigma Phi, and the First United Methodist Church. She is also a Sustaining Member with the Fort Walton Beach Junior League.Betty and her husband, Greg, are co-chairmen of the Median Beautification Program in Navarre.
Mark is a native of our local community and very active in business ventures and community projects. Mark currently serves as a President of The Navarre Beach Board Of Realtors. Mark was selected Realtor of the Year 2002 with the Navarre Beach Board of Realtors and is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and Navarre Beach Board of Realtors. Mark and his wife Donna have two children; Noah an active six-year-old and Taylor age nine.
"Mayor of Navarre Beach" - Because of David's extensive knowledge of the area that's what a lot of people like to call him. David was born in St. Louis, Missouri and raised in Mobile, Alabama. He obtained his BS Degree from University of West Alabama (formally Livingston State College). After 30 years of working as a Federal Executive he retired from the Social Security Administration and in 1993 became a Realtor. David is very active in the Navarre community serving on the Navarre Beach Board of Directors since 1995 and as President in 1997. David also serves as Director of the Santa Rosa County Unit of ACS, was Board Realtor of The Year in 1995 and is very active with the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. David happily resides on Navarre Beach with his wife Gayle.
Conna is one of the newest members of our team. She has 10 years experience as a multi-million dollar producer. She is a resort specialist, specializing in water front coastal properties. As an experienced Realtor, she is qualified in guiding you with buying or selling a home. Her goal is to find the home you want. She believes in using her experience in finance, contracts, negotiation, and marketing to your best advantage. Conna is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Pensacola Beach Association of Realtors and Navarre Beach Association of Realtors. Conna's hobbies include triathlons, roller blading, fishing and sailing. She resides on Pensacola Beach.
A native of Green Bay, Wisconsin, Doug has called the Emerald Coast his home since the USAF sent him here in 1984. He enjoys the long summers and mild winter climate that enable year-round outdoor activities. An active realtor of 6 years, he learned the business of home sales as a representative for a prominent area homebuilder ('97-'99). He's had specialty training in new home sales as well as the Stairway to Success program offered by the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors. He's currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors & Navarre Beach Board of Realtors. His hobbies include any outdoor sport, physical fitness & musical instruments.
An Emerald Coast native with over 20 years of real estate experience including residential, commercial, new construction and condominiums. Ginger has an extensive background in interior, architectural and landscape design, to assist the homebuyer, builder, or the developer. Ginger has personally observed 40 years of our tremendous growth.
Joe comes to Realty Associates of Santa Rosa, Inc. with over 28 years of sales experience in he area of capital medical instruments. He moved to Navarre in June of 2001 to continue his career with management of 4 sales representatives. In mid 2002, a decision was made to stop traveling and start a new career, assisting families with one of the largest purchases they will make. Transferring the salesmanship to the real estate market has been the easy part. Understanding the law, and intricate of contracts has been, to say the least, a challenge! With the help of Realty Associates of Santa Rosa, Inc., the transition has been smooth for both new customers and previous customers. Joe and his bride of 25 years have one son, a golf professional at Pensacola Country Club. They are members of St. Paul United Methodist Church of Gulf Breeze, FL and enjoy golf, walking along the beach and taking in the beauty of Santa Rosa County and the surrounding areas.
Shirley is one of the newest members of our team. She not only has real estate experience but has been a home decorator for over 25 years. She works both the Navarre and Pensacola areas. She is a member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors and resides in Gulf Breeze.
